Course Description:
This is a truly hands-on advanced one-day course in MS Project™. It is aimed at the project manager and project director level, with participants working in a live environment to really master the system. It goes beyond the functional aspects of the tool to cover real value-add operations such as tracking earned value, calculating multiple critical paths, managing a resource pool for multiple projects, and even managing team communications.
