The planning tool for managing and tracking successful projects, MS Project™ enables effective project scheduling and monitoring whilst providing essential project management information including resource management, progress tracking and reporting.
Course Description:
Hands on CBT course that takes an in depth look at levelling a single project, analysing float, viewing reports, customising views and filters as well as an overview of Advanced included establishing a multiple project program. This course supports members of the Master Builders Association (NSW) and is tailored with a case study from the building industry. Cost is for MBA (NSW) members only.
