The planning tool for managing and tracking successful projects, MS Project™ enables effective project scheduling and monitoring whilst providing essential project management information including resource management, progress tracking and reporting.
Course Description:
This is a truly hands-on advanced one-day course in MS Project™. It is aimed at the project manager and portfolio manager level, with participants working in a live environment to really master the system. It goes beyond the functional aspects of the tool to cover real value-add operations such as cost management, tracking earned value calculating multiple critical paths, managing a resource pool for multiple projects, and even managing team communications. This course supports members of the Master Builders Association (NSW) and is tailored with a case study from the building industry. Cost is for MBA (NSW) members only.
